Will there be an Aventon Bike sale?
You can find an Aventon sale fairly regularly throughout the year including on dates such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday. You can also find flash sales from time to time. We recommend keeping an eye on their website to catch the best deals when they arrive.
Are sales items eligible for a promo code?
Typically, sale items aren’t eligible for promo codes and deals, however, we suggest reading the terms and conditions of your chosen Aventon discount code before placing your order.
Can I stack Aventon discount codes?
Unfortunately, Aventon Bikes doesn’t allow for more than one code to be used at the same time.
Are Aventon batteries covered by warranty?
Yes, the battery for your Aventon electric bike is covered by warranty. This is either over a 2-year period or for 300 charge cycles, whichever comes first. Please note that this only covers material or workmanship defects and not normal wear and tear.
Where can I find Avention e-bike reviews?
You can find Aventon electric bike reviews at the bottom of their website. Simply click the ‘Reviews’ link and you’ll find the comments of many shoppers. Alternatively, you can also find several e-bike reviews on Google for Aventon if you’d prefer.
Does Aventon accept returns?
You can return your Aventon bike within 14 days of the original purchase date should you choose. To be accepted as a return, your bike must be in brand-new condition and have 0 miles on the odometer. Please note that, while there is no restocking fee, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
