Does Mike's Bikes offer free shipping?
Most orders worth $99 or more will qualify for free ground shipping with FedEx, so long as they are to an address within the contiguous USA. Some items, such as cargo bikes, tandem bikes & wire bead tires, will incur a compulsory $79 assembly fee. Any charges will be displayed at the checkout so you can check them before you place your order.
Will Mike's Bikes assemble my bike?
Yes, all adult bikes are shipped with Wheelsmith Gold Assembly included as standard. The service is billed at $79 and covers professional assembly & tuning of your bike by the brand's certified technicians before its arrival. This service is not optional, as the brand uses this to conduct quality checks & ensure a safe & consistent standard across its range.
Can I get my bike adjusted after I've received it?
As part of their quality guarantee, Mike's Bikes offers free adjustments to all bikes up to 3 months after you make your purchase, completely free of charge. As such, if your bike isn't set up quite the way you'd like, you can get it corrected without paying an additional fee. To make the most of this service, you'll need to take your bike into your nearest store, which you can track down by using the 'Find Your Store' tool on the brand's website.
What is the Mike's Bikes returns policy?
If you aren't 100% happy with your items after making your purchase, you will have between 14 - 30 days to send them back to Mike's Bikes in exchange for a refund depending on which items you want to return.
Bikes must be returned within 14 days of placing your order, whilst cycling gear & other products are covered by a 30-day returns period. Items must be sent back to the brand in their original packaging & the condition they were received in, with all accessories & documentation included. For apparel & footwear, tags will still need to be attached & your items must be unworn.
To get started, get in touch with the Mike's Bikes team and they will provide you a pre-paid shipping label. The cost of returns shipping will deducted from your refund total, with these costs worked out on a per-item basis. These return costs are generally larger for bikes & other bulky or heavy items.

To get started, head to the Mike's Bikes trade in page, provide some details about your bike & its condition, and you'll be sent a quote. If you're happy with the price you've been quoted, bring your bike into your nearest store for inspection, and when the team confirms the condition, store credit will be added to your account, which you can then use on your next purchase. Be aware that bikes must be worth $400 or more to be eligible for trade-in, and your quoted price may be reduced after inspection if the Mike's Bikes team finds it doesn't match up to your provided description.

Mike's Bikes Rewards gives customers loyalty rewards for shopping with the brand in the form of points that can be redeemed against orders for discounts, as well as a number of other perks.
