Does Specialized offer free shipping?
Unfortunately, Specialized no longer offers free shipping on their bikes, accessories, or apparel. This has been available in the past so we will update this page with all the information you need should it become available again.
Where can I find Specialized bikes for sale?
There are Specialized bike sales throughout the year including on key sales dates such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday. In the past, we have seen discounts of up to 45% on some of their most popular products during these times.
Can I buy Specialized bikes used?
While Specialized doesn’t sell used bikes themselves, buying pre-owned is a great way to reduce costs on a top-of-the-range bike. If you’d like to save money but want something brand new, don’t forget about the Specialized Sale section.
Is there a Specialized bike store near me?
There are Specialized stores across the country. You can find out the details of stores local to you by opening the Store Locator page. This will show you the address, contact information, and opening times of each store so you can plan your visit.
What is the Specialized returns policy?
If you’d like to return your purchase - including complete bikes - you have up to 60 days from the delivery date to send your item back if it is new and unused and 30 days if your item has been lightly used. All returned items must be packed with the relevant manual, warranty documents, and any other accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
