Does Velotric offer free shipping?
Yes. If you spend over $99 on an order to the continental United States, your order will become eligible for their free shipping method. Under this amount, you can expect a flat-rate delivery fee of $10.
Can I stack Velotric coupon codes?
Typically, shoppers can only use 1 code at a time. However, we recommend checking the terms and conditions of each code before placing your order to be sure your chosen product(s) are eligible.
Is there a Velotric referral program?
You can help your friends and loved ones save on their next Velotric e-bike by sending them your referral link. They will get $60 off their purchase and you will receive 7% for every purchase placed using your link.
How do I claim a Velotric student discount code?
Students, faculty, and staff of the University of California can claim a Velotric discount code which can be applied to select products. To claim your discount, you will need to verify your UC email address.
What is the Velotric returns policy?
If you would like to return your purchase, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery. You will need to contact the customer service team via help@velotricbike.com to submit your return request. All returned bikes must be in their original, working condition. An unused bike will incur a $200 restocking fee whereas a used bike will incur a fee of 20% of the total order amount.
