Unfortunately, Woom doesn’t currently offer free shipping. The shipping cost within the continental United States depends on the bike you purchased. This fee can range from $29 to $129 depending on whether you opt for standard delivery or 2-day express shipping.

All returned items must be in original condition to be eligible for a full refund. You’ll be pleased to hear that Woom will cover the cost of return shipping and your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.
