Join Ed Clancy and Shanaze Reade to take on Obree’s time

Cyclists Fighting Cancer - a unique charity that provides new bikes to children with cancer - has two incredible fund-raising events in the pipeline.
The first is ‘Challenge The Hour': an attempt to take on Graeme Obree's hour mark - on the 20th anniversary of his amazing record ride - in the company of Olympians Ed Clancy and Shanaze Reade.
On Sunday November 10, 15 teams of four will go up against the clock at Manchester Velodrome to see how close they can get to Obree's mark. At the moment there are only five team slots left, so get in touch with CFC pronto if you want to take part.
And further ahead, CFC has secured 30 places at next year's Vätternrundan 300km, the world's biggest bike ride, in Sweden. That takes place on Friday June 13, and CFC has full travel packages available, including flights, bike transport, accommodation, transfers, entry and team CFC kit.
For details on how to enter either event please contact info@cyclistsfc.org.uk or phone 03452 579 840.
And to see how CFC helps change young lives, read Cycling Weekly's sister title Cycling Active each month or visit CFC's website.
