British Road Race Championships to be shown live on Eurosport
This year's event in Abergavenny will be only the second championships ever to be broadcast live.
Eurosport will show two hours of this year's British Road Race Championships in Abergavenny live on June 29, it has been revealed.
The broadcaster will air the finale of the men's race in addition to highlights of the women's event which precedes it.
It will be only the second time in the event's history that is has been afforded such coverage; the first time it was shown live in 2010, it took place on one of the hottest days of the summer and clashed with the England versus Germany World Cup fixture.
Among those competing will be defending champions Mark Cavendish and Lizzie Armitstead, as well as former winners Bradley Wiggins, Geraint Thomas, Ian Stannard, Kristian House and Sharon Laws.
