Two British riders remain in the 2008 Tour de France - Chris Froome (Barloworld) and David Millar (Garmin-Chipotle) - and both are strong riders against the clock.
Both riders have now completed today's 53km individual time trial from Cérilly to Saint Amand Montrond (stage 20).
David Millar finished in 1-05-27, giving him fifth place. Chris Froome also posted a fast time of 1-06-51, which meant that he sat in the provisional top five for a few hours.
Stefan Schumacher (Gerolsteiner) tops the leader board at the finish line, completing the course in 1-03-50.
