We're looking for a full-time fitness writer for our road bike magazines and rapidly growing website
Are you a sport science graduate or cycling coach?
Do you want to land a dream job as a full-time fitness writer for our road bike magazines and rapidly growing website?
As a fitness writer for Time Inc (UK), you’ll work across Cycling Weekly, Cycle Sport, Cycling Active, Cycling Fitness and cyclingweekly.co.uk. You’ll write on a wide range of subjects from training to nutrition, cycling technique to core exercises. You will be producing features, product tests and news content for publication in print, digital and video formats.
You’ll make (or already have) contacts throughout the bike and fitness industry to find the inside line on latest research and fitness trends; you’ll be able to make fitness and training information accessible and engaging to new readers and experienced riders alike; and you’ll hit your deadlines every single time.
We welcome applications from all backgrounds, but with two crucial prerequisites: you can write clearly and accurately, and you already have good knowledge of the topics covered in the fitness section: sport science, training, nutrition, coaching techniques and fitness products.
This position is part of our fitness team, reporting to the Cycling Group’s Fitness editor, Hannah Reynolds. It is a full-time position, based at our offices in Croydon, Greater London.
