Police appeal for witnesses after man knocks 12-year-old girl off bike for riding on pavement
Girl escapes unhurt from incident
Police in Cambridgeshire are appealing for witnesses after a man knocked a 12-year-old girl off her bike, apparently because she was riding on the pavement.
The incident took place at between 12pm and 1pm on August 17 on High Street, Trumpington, with Cambridgeshire Constabulary saying that the man initially shouted at the girl for riding on the pavement.
The man who is described as white, in his 40s, tall, slim, blond/grey, short hair and wore jeans, a black jacket - possibly Superdry brand - and Ugg trainers, then put out his arm and knocked her off her bike.

"This incident could have been more serious as a black Ford Fiesta was passing by at the time and the victim fell close to it. Fortunately she did not suffer serious injuries," said Detective Sergeant James Bowen.
"I would appeal for anyone who saw it happen to come forward."
