Rapha Rides Manchester to bring four-day festival of cycling to the city
Four day festival of cycling starts on September 7
If you're in Manchester between September 7-10 then you're in for a treat as Rapha Rides Manchester, a four-day festival of cycling, hits the city.
Centred around the Rapha Clubhouse just behind St Ann's Church on St Ann's Square, this celebration of cycling (full details of which can be found on the Rapha website) includes something for everyone, from a 280km, two-day Brevet ride through the Peak District to casual ride along the city's canals that should be perfect for families and beginners.
There will also be a number of chances to ride with famous riders, including a family ride with Bradley Wiggins which is open to children aged 12-16 and a early morning spin through the Cheshire lanes with Jess Varnish, finishing with breakfast back in Manchester at the Rapha Clubhouse.
There will also be a weekend-long exhibition of the history of cycling in the area, a Zwift Sprint Challenge for a chance to win big prizes if you can top the leaderboard for a 200m effort, and 20 per cent discount in the Rapha store.
