Wiggins defends his national time trial title and tops Sky 1-2-3

Bradley Wiggins has retained his national time trial title in South Wales - completing an all-Team Sky podium ahead of Chris Froome and Geraint Thomas.
Wiggins scorched the 52km course in one hour four minutes and 55 seconds, over a minute faster than second-placed Froome.
Emma Pooley of Cervélo Test Team also defended her title on the 32km course with a time of 44 minutes and 30 seconds, beating Julia Shaw into second place with Wendy Houvenaghel third. Nicole Cooke did not start.
Emma Trott not only claimed the under-23 women's title but also placed fifth in the senior women's category. Andrew Griffiths was fastest under-23 man, and Conor Dunne took the junior title.
