Team sprint and team pursuit competition kick off the London round of the UCI Track World Cup.
The London round of the UCI Track World Cup kicked off at the Olympic velodrome in Stratford today. Cycling Weekly's photographer Andy Jones was track-side to capture the action from the team sprint and team pursuit where there were varying fortunes for the British teams.
Great Britain still dominate the women's team pursuit and they're clawing back the Australians in the men's competition. Sadly the recent illness that has ripped through the British camp saw the sprinters off the pace and failing to qualify for a medal ride in the team sprint competition.
More pictures will be added following the evening session...
