Pendleton wired up for London 2012
Olympic track sprint champion Victoria Pendleton appears wrapped in blue cable for a new promotional photograph produced by EDF Energy.
Pendleton appears swathed in cable, which snakes off to join up with the London 2012 Olympic stadium to highlight EDF's involvement as official energy supplier to the Games.
Pendleton is a long-term ambassador for 'Team Green Britain', an intitiative created by EDF to highlight renewable energy sources. She has also fronted high-profile campaigns for Hovis and launched a range of bikes via Halfords.
The rider from Hertfordshire is the reigning women's Olympic sprint champion and current sprint world champion. She is looking to score gold in the London 2012 Games in the sprint, team sprint and keirin events.
