The Grand Départ of the 2017 Tour has previously been announced: Düsseldorf in Germany will host the start of the opening two stages of the race. The first stage on Saturday, July 1, will be a 13km individual time trial, and stage two will start from Düsseldorf but with an as yet unspecified finish location.
Race organiser ASO has confirmed that once again the 2017 event will finish on the Champs Elysées in Paris on Sunday, July 23.
