Tour de France 2019 stage 13 individual time trial start times
Here's when each rider will roll out of the start hut
The Tour de France 2019 continues with the stage 13 time trial, which will see riders complete a 27.2km circuit of Pau.
The day's racing will either provide an opportunity for riders to have half a rest day as they just make sure they finish inside the time limit or for GC contenders to worry about losing time in yet another stressful day en route to Paris.

Jumbo-Visma dominated the stage two team time trial, beating Ineos by 20 seconds, but now it's up to the individual riders to maintain their place in the overall classification.
Julian Alaphilippe (Deceuninck - Quick-Step) leads Geraint Thomas (Ineos) by 1-12, with the Welshman's team-mate Egan Bernal only four seconds further back.
The parcours is fairly flat, which should mean the Frenchman will remain in yellow and try to keep the jersey on his back as the peloton tackle the Tourmalet summit finish on stage 14.
Yoann Offredo (Wanty-Gobert) is the first out of the start hut at 14.00, with Julian Alaphilippe (Deceuninck - Quick-Step) the last at 17.19.

Jonny was Cycling Weekly's Weekend Editor until 2022.
I like writing offbeat features and eating too much bread when working out on the road at bike races.
Before joining Cycling Weekly I worked at The Tab and I've also written for Vice, Time Out, and worked freelance for The Telegraph (I know, but I needed the money at the time so let me live).
I also worked for ITV Cycling between 2011-2018 on their Tour de France and Vuelta a España coverage. Sometimes I'd be helping the producers make the programme and other times I'd be getting the lunches. Just in case you were wondering - Phil Liggett and Paul Sherwen had the same ham sandwich every day, it was great.

Tech of the week: A shockingly expensive steel bike from Colnago, a surprisingly affordable carbon bike from Pinarello, DT Swiss energises our cycling lives and Pog's bars are now yours to buy
Colnago's Steelnova is a thing of beauty but you'll pay for the pleasure, while Pinarello's F1 is an inexpensive gateway to the brand. DT Swiss enters the dynamo hub market and Enve brings Pog's cockpit to market
