Tour de France 2020: Rider start times for the stage 20 time trial
Don’t miss the final day of GC racing on La Planche des Belles Filles
The decisive moment in the Tour de France 2020 is finally here - it’s the individual time trial to La Planche des Belles Filles.
Here we’ll give you all the start times for the riders taking on this daunting stage 20 of the Tour.
Riders will have been focused on this moment since the start of the race, as the 36km stage has the potential to cause upsets in the race for the yellow jersey.
Heading into the final general classification stage, Primož Roglič (Jumbo-Visma) leads Tadej Pogačar (UAE Team Emirate) by 57 seconds, with one more classified climb to decide the race.
The course is split into three distinct sections - a flat 14km followed by a gradual climb and descent over the next 15km, followed by La Planche des Belles Filles, 5.9km-long with a tough average gradient of 8.5 per cent.
Riders will set off in reverse order on general classification at one minute, with Roger Kluge the first rider to set off at 1pm CEST (midday British time).

Make sure you don’t miss the action - here are all the start times for Tour’s crescendo time trial stage:
All timings are Central European Summer Time - in Britain, start times will be one hour earlier.

Alex Ballinger is editor of BikeBiz magazine, the leading publication for the UK cycle industry, and is the former digital news editor for CyclingWeekly.com. After gaining experience in local newsrooms, national newspapers and in digital journalism, Alex found his calling in cycling, first as a reporter, then as news editor responsible for Cycling Weekly's online news output, and now as the editor of BikeBiz. Since pro cycling first captured his heart during the 2010 Tour de France (specifically the Contador-Schleck battle) Alex covered three Tours de France, multiple editions of the Tour of Britain, and the World Championships, while both writing and video presenting for Cycling Weekly. He also specialises in fitness writing, often throwing himself into the deep end to help readers improve their own power numbers. Away from the desk, Alex can be found racing time trials, riding BMX and mountain bikes, or exploring off-road on his gravel bike. He’s also an avid gamer, and can usually be found buried in an eclectic selection of books.
