The star-studded line-up of riders taking part in the 2015 Tour of Britain (September 6-13) were officially unveiled to the public at Colwyn Bay, North Wales, on Saturday evening ahead of the start of the race on Sunday.
Sir Bradley Wiggins, Mark Cavendish, André Greipel, Alex Dowsett, Taylor Phinney, Edvald Boasson Hagen and defending champion Dylan Van Baarle were among those interviewed on stage by TV presenter Matt Barbet. Many of the riders stopped off to pose for photos with fans and sign autographs as part of the event.
Most of the riders looked very relaxed ahead of the start of the race, a hilly stage from Beaumaris, Anglesey to Wrexham covering 177km.
Nine WorldTour teams - Sky, Etixx-QuickStep, Lotto-Soudal, Movistar, BMC, LottoNL-Jumbo, Tinkoff-Saxo and IAM Cycling - are part of the 2015 team line up, as they come up against British and European Pro Continental and Continental-level teams in the eight-stage race.
Many of the riders will be looking to hone their form ahead of the 2015 World Championships in Richmond, USA, at the end of September.
