Alessandro De Marchi wins stage seven of the 2014 Tour of Spain

Alessandro De Marchi (Cannondale) won stage seven of the 2014 Vuelta a Espana on Friday, putting in a solo move from a four-man escape group to secure the victory.

It's De Marchi's first Grand Tour stage win, and is satisfying after several near misses including stage 17 of the Tour de France where he finished fifth.
