As well as being incredibly breathable even on very hot days, these shorts are striking in several other ways.
The pad is of middling width, but is firmly packed and extremely protective. The bold mix of black, white and fire-engine red makes them eye-catching, and they score highly for comfort, with soft mesh and smooth panels.
