Scope R4.A review: a genuine do-it-all wheelset that comes in at a decent price

Fast and stable with a rim profile that makes it suitable for all road surfaces and even some light gravel

Cycling Weekly Verdict

The Scope R4.A's are a very competent set of wheels that are at home on smooth tarmac, or light gravel and anywhere in between. The performance may not be class-leading in any area, but it performs solidly enough not to be far off some of the best, while also being both significantly cheaper and far more versatile. A proper jack of all trades, that represents a great value multi-purpose wheelset.
